Kayaking and Canoeing
Enjoy a day on the River in XS style. Take your pick from Canadian canoes, double kayaks or single kayaks and paddle off downstream. Whether you are off for a few hours or a few days we provide all the equipment you will need - boat, paddle, buoyancy aid, waterproof barrels to store your kit and a map. This equipment and recovery by minibus from wherever you get to is included in the hire charge. We give you a safety talk before you set out but no previous experience is necessary in the canoes or the double kayaks.

Horse Riding
Giddy up! Take an XS trek along the beautiful beaches or trail off into the country side soaking in the fresh air and scenic sights! Horse riding is a fantastic activity for groups and individuals alike. Catering for people of all abilities – you will receive expert guidance with leaders closely on hand at all times.

Indoor Caving
Indoor caving using an artificial caving complex is a great introduction to the thrills of underground exploration. The complex is built in sculptured concrete and designed to resemble a real cave with pothole features. Situated in the Taff Bargoed Valley, Wales' first simulated pothole includes: 150 metres of tunnel, vertical pitch, 4.5 metre waterfall, water course throughout, squeezes, letter box and stimulated sump. An unexpected bonus our caving complex has generated a variety of real stalactites, for example, fingers, straws and helectites.

Indoor Rock Climbing
Traditional rock climbing has in the past been the preserve of hardy mountain men. Requiring nerves of steel & determination… Indoor rock climbing XS style allows anyone with the determination & enthusiasm to give climbing a go. Gone are the days when you needed to be strong & fit. Our high ropes thriller assault course is one of the highest indoor ropes course in the United Kingdom. Being 50 feet off the ground, this adrenaline-based session is not for the faint hearted. Come and try this exhilarating course, it takes real nerve, concentration, determination and a head for heights. Encouragement from others is vital as you step out on to each element & by the end of this course a real sense of team spirit has been engendered. This test or nerve lasts over two hours and will leave you buzzing & with a great sense of achievement!

Archery
It’s back to basics and out with the bow and arrow in this XS activity! Improve your aim, hand-eye co-ordination and agility while hopefully not hurting anyone in the process!!! You will receive expert guidance from our Grand National Archery Society Coaches that will be on hand to get everyone hitting the target. Starting with a practice round, then a technique round and finally a scoring round. This is one activity that is harder than it looks.

Gorge Walking
For gorge walking, the only thing you need is a "full on attitude" everything else is supplied. You will find yourself traversing along rock walls, jumping across boulders, climbing waterfalls, exploring dark holes in the ground (only for the intrepid) with your guide challenging you to stay dry… that said – expect to get wet! All equipment and training is provided by your on site top notch guides!

Aerial Assult Course
